“ Staff SUPER kind and educated! Just the best. The restaurant is super cute and beautiful! The octopus rice was so so but the falafel was amazing. They have good wine and are pet friendly. Strongly recommend for everybody and every occasion. ”
“ Best experience around, food was AMAZING, service was awesome! Atmosphere was romantic. We had a great time and our server was a great sport! ”
“ This restaurant is in a hotel which gave me doubts. It ended up being some of the best foods I have eaten. The portion size was a perfect amount. We had the octopus rice, limpets, pineapple ravioli. The pineapple ravioli is so unique and tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want a nice date night. The interior was stunning with all the beautiful colors. ”
“ We experienced breakfast, brunch, and dinner here during our stay at the connecting hotel. Breakfast has a very nice selection of items. Meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, pastries, juices, in addition to “on demand” items available for order (omelets, waffles) and coffees. The cappuccino with a little cinnamon on it was my favorite morning beverage. Brunch is very similar with breakfast items, but many more lunch items. Breads, sandwiches. Dinner was a great experience. We really enjoyed the Portuguese cuisine options. Our starter included a chorizo butter that was smoky and very, very tasty. Husband had a steak loin that he really enjoyed, and I had the Golden Chicken with potatoes. Overall, we really enjoyed each of our dinning experiences. The restaurant itself is so beautiful. The staff does a great service, and the food is very enjoyable. ”
“ The soup was quite good, but the rest of the meal was disappointing. The creamy cod (bacalhau lascado) was extremely salty, dry, and lacked the expected tenderness and quality—it was barely edible. Overall, the restaurant is also overpriced given the poor standard and service of most of the food. ”
“ We are here our first night and I got the four course chefs meal. It is all selected by the chef and every course was fabulous especially the dessert, but I had and An amuse bush an appetizer that was a limpet. I had a fish serving and then a fillet of steak, which was out of this world and then crème fraîche and strawberries with cookies and the strawberries were so fresh and delicious ”
“ This review is strictly from a man with a vegetarian wife. I had very low expectations for vegetarian meals, but wanted a nice dinner, so we made a reservation. The atmosphere was great. We knew about the tasting menus but thought we would just select a few items from the menu. However, this wasn't the case; the waiter told us it varies by day and is a surprise. I'm sure it has a similar repertoire, but I was generally surprised they created a vegetarian course meal. The meal was great; I've dined at Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurants, and this wasn't too far off. The restaurant really has to advertise it better for vegetarian and vegan people; a decent 5-course meal for vegetarian/vegan diners is not something you find every day. ”
